From Brooklyn, NY, Valeze doesn't wait for the after-party to get down! Described by The Village Voice as "Dance-punk revivalists with a sassy female lead" and Womanrock as "theatrical and pretty damn sexy!"
Led by the cunning, flirtatious, classically-trained Tiffany Randol, Valeze live is a whirlwind of melodically crashing songs that explode from the stage with an abundant energy that is symbiotically shared by its audience. Tiff may be the focal point, but the Valeze experience wouldn't be complete without the infectious energy of Alan Chaput (guitar), Joe H (bass) and Miles Kennedy (drums). Usually decked out in fab themes, they enjoy mixing in as much glamour and entertainment to the show as possible!
Valeze has developed a strong regional fanbase, toured colleges and venues across the US, secured sponsorships by Panasonic, Amp Energy/Mountain Dew, and Garnier Fructis/Loreal and worked with a number of celebrated artists.
They have recently finished their first full-length album with producer Chris Goercke (Pink, Kelly Osbourne, Ric O’Casek, Rick Wake), David Shackney (Peter Cizzo, Toby Lightman) and Pete Keppler (Bowie, Cheap Trick) and are looking to release it in 2005. For the time being, you can enjoy downloads online and purchase samplers at live shows.
January 1, 2005, Valeze started off the New Year by filming a music video for their cover of "Search and Destroy" by The Stooges with Director Alexander Kane (Mooney Suzuki's, Everyothers). Check out http://www.valeze.net (Media Page).
