Pink Thursday is a suprising, multi-deminsional band from Kansas City, Missouri, with unforgettable musical elements and powerful vocals driven by emotional lyrics. Vincent Lawhon (bass, vocals), Kyle Kampman (guitar), and Micah Boise (drums) formed in 2002, while Steven Mack (guitar, vocals) joined the band in mid-2003. With time ahead of them, Pink Thursday has already developed a large, loyal fan base, playing many shows for charitable causes such as MDA, cystic fibrosis, and veterans of war.
Pulling from a mixture of influences, PT's musical direction is often changing. Several artist to influence the group have been Alkaline Trio, Blink 182, Brand New, Motion City Soundtrack, and many local bands.
