Hailing from the Windy City, Cellar Door does not wear their influences on their sleeves. Instead, they have begun to craft a new blend of rock for the masses by straying away from the typical rock formulas and the limitations that come with them.
As a diverse four-piece outfit, Cellar Door blends intricate rhythms and melodies into a flowing stream of sound that expands and contracts very deliberately. Cellar Door consciously creates beauty through dynamic chaos, tension, and resolution.
As a live act, audiences are drawn to Cellar Door when they see the four members come together as a passionate single entity. Cellar Door is currently working on their debut EP, entitled Eyes to Match the Day, which will be released in the spring/summer of 2004.
